Monthly cost represents the carrier's quoted price for your selected coverage, duration and health rating, on a per-month basis. Health rating indicates the underwriting class your quote is based on, confirmed after the carrier's review. Examination shows whether carriers order testing; accelerated programs often skip it for qualified applicants. AM Best reflects the insurer's credit strength ranking.
