What information is gathered by this website, how it's used, and what protections apply. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quotation interface requests gender, birthdate, self-reported wellness level, tobacco history, desired coverage and duration. This data travels to the quoting system (operated by carrier platforms) to produce rate estimates and is not retained by this website. Initial quote requests don't need name, phone, or email. When duplicate requests match exactly, quick-response caching prevents repeating the quote lookup.

Applying

When you continue to an application, your entered responses are transferred to the secure application service to populate your form. You'll proceed under that service's privacy policies. All applications are processed by Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The message form collects your name, email, an optional telephone number, preferred reply method, inquiry category and your message text. Messages are transmitted to the agency via email; your address becomes the reply channel. This website doesn't retain message copies, store a submissions index, or record message archives. Browser-based anti-abuse measures run briefly before transmission.

Measurement

This domain measures visits using first-party, privacy-respecting tracking served directly. Tracking files and identifiers are not created; your IP address is partially anonymized before storage; referrer details are stripped; session records expire after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or similar privacy signals are exempted from measurement.

What we do not do

This website does not trade, transfer or publicize visitor data, utilize behavioral targeting, or incorporate external measurement systems. Only third-party software present is the carrier's application interface, activated only on the application page.
